I used to go here regularly when it was 5 star massage. Most of the massages were excellent but not the last one, a year ago. My son and I booked full body massages and foot massages in advance. We both had multiple people come in and start the massage over with significant lapses of time in between. Neither of us received a full body massage, mostly just the back. One of the girls was giving my son a very painful massage. When he asked her not to massage him like that, she just giggled and kept going. After an hour, the massages ended. When I asked about the foot massages, they said they ran out of time.

Called same day and got an appointment. My lower back was really hurting so I was happy to get in so quickly. All three women working were so welcoming. It was very different from the other massages I’ve had other places, but still very very good. I had a full hour with deep tissue and hot stones. I will absolutely be back!

My husband and I had such a relaxing time. We purchased the 60 minute couples foot message from Groupon and it was a great deal! They also did a very good job at sitting me comfortably since I am pregnant. They took the time to ask frequently how I was doing and if I was comfortable. Pregnant or not, go treat yourself!! The environment is clean, well kept and relaxing. The staff is also very nice.

Critical:ProfessionalismNEVER AGAIN!When I called to make the appointment I told the woman I had a gift certificate that was purchased for me back in January for my birthday. It was $60 for a 60 minute massage. When I arrived I gave her the gift certificate and she seemed irritated that I had it. Almost like she was mad she wasn’t getting cash and instead had to provide a service already paid for. When this was purchased, my husband paid the 60 bucks plus paid a tip of $25 for me, knowing I don’t carry cash. before the massage started I explained that I broke my back in a car accident two years ago after being hit by a drunk driver. I’ve had 11 back surgeries to date. A massage helps, but I am unable to have my back manipulated in any way ( cracked) as my spine is fused and I have rods in my back. During the massage, the masseuse tried to crack my back twice. I stopped her each time and told her not to even try. She is NOT a chiropractor! Each time she just giggled and then said something in chinese. I was more tense during the massage because I felt like I had to be on guard after this and couldn’t relax not knowing if she was going to try again. After the massage was over I walked out of the room to find the masseuse holding a sign that read “good massage deserve good tip”. She then asked me how much of a tip I was going to give. Excuse me? When did it become ok for someone to ask how much of a tip you’re giving them?! Tipping is based on service. Not a guarantee and certainly not a set amount. We always tip appropriately. Always. I explained that my husband purchased the gift certificate and tipped for me at time of purchase. This lady goes and gets another lady who starts yelling at me that I got a good massage and need to tip! I explained again that the tip had already been paid for. She proceeds to tell me my husband only paid 60 bucks and no tip. First of all lady, it was purchased in January. I’m sure you don’t even remember selling it. I reached into my purse and pulled out the envelope that had the certificate, the business card AND the receipt. I showed her where the tip was clearly included and she then proceeded to tell me a $25 tip on a $60 massage was not enough! When I told her I was not tipping anymore she then turned to the other lady and started talking in Chinese. I called this place to ask what services they offered and to make an appointment. The lady was extremely mean and rude to the point that she made me cry. Horrible experience. Furthermore, I was still confused about what service options this place had. The woman who answered the phone was impatient, aggressive, and not willing to explain. In addition, she seemed very busy. Now, I understand if she’s busy. However, from the get-go, her tone was not great and she was very angry. I don’t mind waiting or calling back when there’s a better time. She hung up on me while I was trying to schedule a massage. Not sure how a massage place like this can be relaxing at all.
