  • Located in rural southwestern New Hampshire, Dublin School is adeliberately small, independent college preparatory school forgrades 9-12. Diversity is infused in all community experiences atDublin School because of our size and student population. DublinSchool students actively participate in all aspects of school life,as we believe thatlearning takes place both inside andoutside of the classroom. Students and faculty work together tocreate a school culture that enables individuals to be theirauthentic self, encourages students to seek out new experiences, supports healthy risk-taking, promotes equity and inclusion, andcreates time for play. We respect theindividual learning style and unique potential each student bringsto our school. With our guidance, Dublin students become men andwomen who seek truth and act with courage. As members of aresidential community where students and adults live and worktogether, we strive daily to find the balance between individualfreedom and community standards and expectations. Each of us atDublin School is expected to be concerned with the well-being ofothers and with the quality of life here on campus. We learn totreat each person as an individual of particular worth, and whileachieving independence, we learn the value of independence in acommunity. Our motto is, "Truth and Courage". Dublin School provided the most nurturing, challenging, and accepting environment for me during critical years of development. During my four years at Dublin, I was pushed academically, athletically, artistically, and socially, while being acknowledged and respected for who I was. The entire community is incredibly welcoming. My strengths were built upon, and my weaknesses were met and addressed in a way that prepared me for the upcoming chapters of my life. In my opinion, the strongest attribute of the school is its size. I knew everyone on campus and the intimate classes allowed for impactful conversations, yet it was large enough to establish friendships with people to that I could relate on deeper levels. My Dublin friends are still my best friends, and I graduated over 14 years ago. Dublin is such a special place, and I am so grateful for the time I was able to spend there!

I could not be more pleased with Dublin School for my daughter. When searching for a school, my wife and I wanted a high quality academic program and strong community. We are getting both at Dublin. My daughter is a strong student who is both challenged and motivated by the academic program. She also feels at home in a deliberately strong and diverse community. Dublin works extremely hard to create an atmosphere where students are individually recognized and supported, but also strongly encouraged to try new activities, think differently, and discover themselves. It is a perfect fit for my daughter and our family. It will be our top choice for our younger daughter.
