The social commentary is both necessary and excellent in every way. The acting continues to be brilliant, with Anthony Starr’s Homelander being one of the best on-screen villains to watch since Heath Ledger’s Joker. Anyone who votes this show down to complain like internet babies about the social critique or it being “woke” is eye roll-inducing and about as mature as a toddler throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of a Wal-Mart. grow up.
